About the Position:

 

We are looking for a GBS Senior HR Business Partner and Labor relations for Mexico.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.

As the GBS Senior HR Business Partner for NAFTA leads HR strategic initiatives and

supports our organizational objectives.

As Labor Relations Mexico will oversee and drive Labor relations and initiatives across

all manufacturing and operational sites in Mexico.

This role collaborates with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies

aimed at fostering growth, culture, and operational excellence. A seasoned professional

with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational

performance, talent development, and employee engagement. This role requires a

strategic thinker with the ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels,

providing HR leadership and support across the global Marelli network.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  •  

· Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior management to develop and implement

HR strategies that support Marelli’s organizational objectives and values.

· Talent Management: Lead talent management efforts including workforce planning,

succession planning, talent acquisition, and development programs to build a high-

performance workforce.

· Organizational Development: Guide and support organizational design and

development initiatives to enhance Marelli’s agility and effectiveness. Facilitate

change management processes to adapt to evolving business environments.

· Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process,

ensuring it aligns with Marelli’s strategic goals. Mentor and coach managers on

effective feedback and performance improvement strategies.

· Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion initiatives to promote a positive

workplace culture that aligns with Marelli’s values, driving high levels of employee

engagement and retention.

· HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on workforce

dynamics, informing strategic decision-making and identifying opportunities for HR

process improvements.

· Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR practices and policies comply with

all regulations, laws, and employment standards. Address complex employee

relations issues with a balanced approach, mitigating risk.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,

Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master’s

degree preferred.

· Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5

years in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity, preferably in a global

organization.

· Proven experience managing HR in a complex, multi-divisional environment, ideally

with exposure to regional or global HR structures

· Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.

Other skills that we would welcome:

· Needed Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly

desired.

· Skills and Abilities: Exceptional leadership and communication skills; proven ability to

influence at all levels; strong understanding of HR practices and principles; adept at

navigating complex, global organizational structures; strategic mindset with

analytical capability; proficiency in HRIS systems and tools.
