About the Position:

We are looking for a HR Site Manager to join the Green Technologies team, reporting directly to the Regional GT LATAM HR Manager.
This position is based at our office in Amparo, Brazil.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Acts as a Business Partner, driving all people-related activities on site to fully support the business inline with Company policies and procedures
Supports Site/Plant Management to achieve profitable and sustainable results in terms of costs,Safety, Quality and Production
Defines and executes workforce plan, in line with budget and volumes variation; Ensures timelydelivery of all staffing requirements according to Site needs.
Management of HRIS systems at local level to upload timely and accurate data in terms of recruitment.
Ensures seamless onboarding of all new hires
Defines, executes, and tracks training and development plans for the Site.
Identifies Talents for succession planning.
Ensures Performance Management process is applied according to Company guidelines
Creates local actions to support employees’ morale, motivation, and retention; Communicatesorganizational culture, policies and procedures to employees.
Tracks KPIs such as Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime, and Labor Cost, as well as Forecast, andBudget for HC needs, HR expenses
Defines and executes action plans to ensure deliverables according to Site/Division targets.
Implements standard organization at Site level according to Marelli’s organizational principles in termsof structures, processes, responsibilities, and skills.
Aligns and updates job description and skill matrix accordingly to organizational needs.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or BA required
Minimum 10 years in Progressive Human Resource Management positions
Experience in managing HR operations in multiple sites in LATAM
Must have experience working in the HR Management level role with Automotive Cutomers
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and interact effectively with team members regionally and globally

English language excellence
