About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Quality Coordinator to join the Electronic Systems Plant Quality team, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
As the Customer Quality Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer quality requirements are met and maintained.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries and issues.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their quality expectations and requirements.

Quality Assurance:
- Monitor product quality and performance to ensure they meet established standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections as part of continuous improvement initiatives.

Problem-solving:
- Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, coordinating with internal teams to implement corrective actions.
- Use root cause analysis tools to identify and resolve quality problems effectively.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of quality issues and resolutions in line with company policies.
- Prepare and deliver quality reports to internal teams and customers as needed.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated throughout the production process.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects.

Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems and processes.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to implement best practices and innovative solutions in quality management.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- Relevant experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, or root cause analysis. Familiarity with quality standards.

- Experience in customer-facing roles that involve addressing quality concerns and expectations.
- Ability to analyze complex quality issues and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong project management skills to drive quality improvement initiatives.
