About the Position:
We are looking for a Customs Processes Leader who will join the Corporate Customs Operations team, in charge of Managing and coordinate the customs processes and digitalization based on the actual tendency and Standardize the customs Costs Management and HS Code Classification Process based on the actual regulations, reporting directly to the Global Head of Customs Operations.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and standardize the Customs costs Management.
- Secure the correct HS Code Classification Process.
- Coordinate and promote the agile coach & scrum master in each entity following the Global strategy.
- Coordinate and promote the standardization principle in each entity and follow the respective methodology, with the necessary documentation, system, and deliverables.
- Leads the interdisciplinary teams in charge of Customs IT and standardization.
- Coordinates all IT interfaces within customs network with the different stakeholders and third parties.
- Collaborate the interdisciplinary teams in charge of customs cost controlling.
- Leads benchmarking examinations by means of discussions with other companies in the sector and brings best practices to Marelli Group.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Support all subsidiaries in the different customs IT developments.
- Creation and controlling of integrated customs processes.
- Continuous improvement in the customs security and information process.
- Improvements in the customs business system and the establishment.
- Issue Resolution, handling and resolution of standard processes-related issues, coordinates with the Direction, Finance, IT and related departments to address and resolve processes problems.
- Metrics and KPI´s to monitor worldwide customs processes.
- HS Code standardization performance.
