About the Position:
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join the Electronic Systems Plant team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible for leading, maintaining, and improving the plant infrastructure, including clean rooms and industrial machinery. Your role ensures compliance with national and international regulations, promotes safety, maximizes efficiency, and drives sustainability initiatives across the facility.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, plant expansion, machinery installation, and the operation of clean rooms.
- Supervise compliance with Código RED, Mexican electrical regulations, environmental and safety standards.
- Guarantee application of corporate and regulatory standards throughout all facilities operations.
- Train and support the technical facilities team in their development.
- Report results and KPIs to regional and global management.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry, industrial installations, and maintenance project management in Mexican plants.
- Proven experience supervising clean rooms, machinery installation, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
- Understanding of Mexican electrical regulations (NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-029-STPS) and Código RED compliance.
- Experience in industrial machinery installation, electrical infrastructure, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Project, and CMMS.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NOM-STPS).
- Background in energy efficiency and sustainability projects.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Operation, maintenance, and validation of clean rooms (ISO 14644), HVAC, and filtration systems.
- Implementation and supervision of ESD controls (ANSI/ESD S20.20).
- Intermediate-advanced English.
