About the Position:
We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join the Electronics HR team, reporting directly to the North America HR Business Partner.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.
Marelli is seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to spearhead talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives across our Electronics sites in North America. This role focuses on building strong university relationships, managing internship programs, and designing corporate development programs to attract and nurture top-tier talent.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for various white collar/salaried roles (from Entry Salaried to Sr Manager), including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to secure top talent.

Onboarding: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience that fosters smooth integration of new hires and enhances their early engagement and productivity.

University Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with universities; coordinate campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.

Internship Programs: Oversee the internship programs by working closely with academic institutions and internal departments to create meaningful internship opportunities that align with Marelli’s strategic goals.

Corporate Development Programs: Manage corporate development programs at regional level, aimed at nurturing internal talent; facilitate learning and development workshops, mentoring, and other growth initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the HR department and other business units; ensure clear communication and foster positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition and development initiatives.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or a related role across North America (US and Mexico), focused on Engineering and Manufacturing positions.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and develop university relations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
- English: fluent.

- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with corporate development and training programs.
