About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Plant HR Generalist  to join the Electronics Human Resources team, reporting directly to the Plant HR Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.
 

As the Plant HR Generalist at Marelli, you will manage various HR functions within our plant, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering a positive work environment.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances; facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, including writing job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

  • Talent Development: Assist in the implementation of training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.

  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process by collecting and analyzing performance data, assisting in setting objectives, and ensuring timely feedback.

  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure employee actions comply with all human resources policies, procedures, and regulations; assist in revising and implementing new policies as needed.

  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data using the company’s HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • HR Projects: Collaborate on special HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in HR processes.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in employee engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
