About the Position:
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Plant Manufacturing Engineering - Electronic Systems Aguascalientes team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
As the Process Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible for develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality in electronic system assembly.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Process Design and Improvement: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality in electronic system assembly. Analyze workflow, equipment layout, and production data to identify areas for process improvements.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet Marelli’s standards and specifications. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate and resolve product issues and defects.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues. Conduct training sessions for team members on new processes and equipment.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Proven experience with process development and optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Prior experience in electronic systems manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
