Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Be a part of Electronic Systems Japan division to realize the sales activities to develop and maintain the business with existing accounts, and lead sales activities for growing our business for Nissan.
  • Execute all sales activities aligning with commercial KPI of the company.
  • Well engaged with accurate pricing and calculation of the turnover and profit ratio.
  • Develop a holistic sales strategy to implement it with the sales team members as well as those who are involved from different function such as project management, product development and purchasing plus manufacturing.
  • Maintain and reinforce very good relationship with our customers with full trust from them
  • Take initiative to increase the scope of products that we sell
  • Look after various stakeholders internally and externally with high integrity
  • Enhance active and two-way communications with different functions / employees involved.
  • Handle temporary or urgent needs flexibly.
  • Be strongly oriented towards the agreed target and KPIs

About the Position:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will join Electronics division in Japan to represent the Sales Department at the country level. Acting with our local sales team, he/she is expected to manage sales activities and to take leadership to maintain and develop the business between Marelli and Nissan.

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Strong overall communication skills
  • Work experience as a sales manager in automotive components industry for 5 years or more, or in automotive industry
  • Have deep and practical knowledge of sales processes [Automotive industry]   
  • Be fluent in English
  • Pay attention to detail                                                                                                                                       
  • Execute balanced decision making
  • Develop and implement Mid and Long-Range Planning
