About the Position:
We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join the ELS team.
This position is based at our office in Bengaluru/Gurugram
Your Responsibilities will be:
Acting as a project team member, She/he is responsible for:
• Analyze System/Sw quality customer requirements (during offer phase)
• Develop and maintain the System-Software quality assurance plan,
• Schedule the System-Software quality assurance activities in accordance with project goals and project plan,
• Process tailoring and document them in the development plans,
• Perform Quality Gates, Managing approvals & escalation, and ensuring risks and action plans are well evaluated by project teams,
• Conduct Process compliance checks,
• Evaluate Quality level of the software,
• Objectively Evaluate (selected) Work Products (mainly project documentation : PDP, SWDP, schedules …)
• Communicate, track and ensure resolution of all (process and work-products) non-compliances, and escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the project,
• Participate to projects CCB meetings,
• Be part of project “life”, by helping team to keep risks, changes and defects under control (ex. Participate to project meetings, risks assessment meeting, etc.)
• Support R&D during Defect root cause analysis,
• Contribute to Develop and maintain the Defect prevention plan about SW defects,
• Verify QA activities assigned to project team (eg. Technical reviews and verifications) are properly performed and according the schedules,
• Communicate results from assessments to relevant stakeholders,
• Support (and contribute) project team about customer audit and reviews, and perform actions plan follow-up,
• Develop, maintain and report System-Software quality project metrics,
• Support and train the development teams on Quality Assurance topics,
• Support continuous process improvements based on project specific lessons learned,
• Collect project specific lessons learned from defects, contributing to maintain the Defect prevention plan about SW defects
What Qualifications you will bring:
Degree in Engineering
Other skills that we would welcome:
| • Knowledge in SW development process and quality assurance activities, ideally in automotive domain | |||
| • Experience in Automotive SPICE. Experience of assessments and process improvement | |||
| • Automotive Spice Certification (PA - Preffered) | |||
| • Metrics Definition, Evaluation, Quality Reporting |
