About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated System Test Manager to lead validation activities for our IVI/Cockpit and Telematics product lines. The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, proven leadership, and hands-on experience in system-level validation, who can work seamlessly with global teams.

Your Responsibilities will be:
• Lead the system testing strategy, planning, and execution for IVI/Cockpit/Telematics systems.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of system test engineers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with software, hardware, system, and global teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Define validation scope and ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive test execution review, issue triage, and closure of critical system-level issues.
• Engage in global sync-ups and maintain alignment with program milestones and customer expectations.
• Track test progress, KPIs, and present regular updates to engineering and program stakeholders.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Computer Science or related).
Other skills that we would welcome:
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the automotive domain, with at least:
• 7+ years in IVI/Cockpit testing and system-level validation
• 2+ years in Telematics domain exposure
• Strong team management experience, leading mid-to-large testing teams.
• Excellent understanding of automotive validation processes, tools, and quality standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262 is a plus).
• Proven experience in working with global engineering teams and multicultural stakeholders.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks, and tools such as CANoe, Jenkins, etc., is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
