Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Reference

About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Reference to join the Electronics Engineering Team, reporting directly to the Engineering Methodology Manager
 

This position is based at our office in Bologna.
 

As the PLM Reference at Marelli, you will be responsible for One PLM standard tool and process implemmentation following Electronics development approach and Central team coordination

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Provide technical support and training to PLM system users.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and respond to PLM-related requests and inquiries, as Tool Admin Regional reference for Electronics Business.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as design, production, and supply chain that interact with the PLM.
  • Create and maintain data structures necessary for efficient product management.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates, in coordination with Central Team.
  • Ensure system availability and security.
  • Ensure that data is accurate and easily accessible across departments.
  • Collaborate/coordinate the OnePLM regional references to manage the toolchain configuration and standard process
  • Collaborate with Central Team addressing corrective actions and supporting all projects involving PLM including integration and BI 
  • Implement document and data management policies within the PLM.
  • Participate in PLM system implementation and upgrade projects.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant experience    
  • Fluent English 
  • Knowledge of PLM software (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter,…).
  • Skills in database and data management.
  • Experience with workflows and process automation.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage cross-functional initiatives.
