About the Position:

We are looking for a Site HR Specialist to join the HR Green Technologies Team, reporting directly to the HR Plant Manager
 

This position is based at our office in Caivano, Italy.

 

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Support HR Plant Manager in his/her people-related activities on site in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Support Site/Plant HR Management to achieve profitable and sustainable results in terms of costs, Safety, Quality and Production
  • Execute workforce plan, in line with budget and volumes variation; Ensure timely delivery of all staffing requirements according to Site needs
  • Manage HRIS systems at local level to upload timely and accurate data in terms of recruitment
  • Execute, and track training and development plans for the Site
  • Support Plant HR in the identification of Talents for succession planning
  • Ensure Performance Management process is applied according to Company guidelines
  • Support execution of  D&I programs and policies locally in all areas; execute local actions to support employees’ morale, motivation
  • Communicate organizational culture, policies and procedures to employees.
  • Track KPIs such as Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime, and Labor Cost, as well as Forecast, and Budget for HC needs, HR expenses, and uploads accurate and timely data on HRIS systems.
  • Implement standard organization at Site level according to Marelli’s organizational principles in terms of structures, processes, responsibilities, and skills. 

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or BA 

  • Additional certifications in HR management
  • Experience  in Human Resource Management

  • Familiarity with HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance

Other skills that we would welcome:

  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and interact effectively with team members regionally and globally

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with plant employees at all levels

  • Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and workplace challenges

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • A proactive approach to improving HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture

Support HR Plant and business leaders in all HR related activities and tasks.
