About the Position:
We are looking for a [AL Quality QMP Leader ] to join the [Quality + AL&S] team, reporting directly to the [Quality Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Changchun].
As the [AL Quality QMP Leader] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Attend to the CR phases and give the input to the team about the activities
- Prepare costs analysis for new quality equipment need in new project in the offer phase.
- Participate in the project review meeting and coordinate the activities of QE team.
- Report to the Central QMP about the quality status of the project
- Work on continues improvement about RL an HL quality development.
- Implement continues improvement methodology in Customer protection and satisfaction.
- Work strongly with ALHQ in Shanghai and report about progress in the quality improvement.
- Coach the team of the new QE in central procedures implementation and methodology.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- At least 5 years working in quality assurance
- With automotive lighting or automotive electrical working experience
- Dimensional metrology, optics, pneumatic and physical test methods. Basic grounding in electrical technology/electronics, plastics testing technology
- Production processes: Plastic injection molding, assembly technology, physical and chemical surface coatings.
- General and specific customer quality requirements (e.g. ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, QS9000, ISO 14001, VDA 6, ANIFA, knowledge of the QS9000 series QMSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc.).
- Training as process auditor to VDA 6.3
- Application of statistical techniques such as SPC
- Moderation techniques
