About the Position:
We are looking for a [Injection Process Supervisor] to join the [Phygital Shop + AL&S/ Manufacturing] team, reporting directly to the [Operation Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Changchun].
As the [Injection Process Supervisor] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Quote production line prices for new projects
- The continuous introduction of new technologies
- Detailed calculation of capacity, investment, labor, process flow chart , layout, line balance，ergonomic, etc., to apply for funds for new production lines
- Responsible for injection molding，coating,assemble,visual inspection,test equipment and Fixtures and inspection tools concept, implementation, pre-acceptance, installation, commissioning, verification, final acceptance, and process control, etc
- Debugging of all process parameters and achievement of the design concept
- Communicate and solve on-site product quality problems with corresponding departments
- Training and assessment of corresponding personnel management
- The continuous reduction of production costs
- Complete all documentation for equipment purchase, validation, and process
- The establishment and management of on-site system processes
- Other tasks assigned by leader
What Qualifications you will bring:
- More than 10 years working experience in automotive manufacturing area.
- Familiar with injection molding,coating,assemble,visual inspection and gluing and welding process
- Familiar with material properties and special characteristic
- Capable of programming and simple maintenance of robots
- Familiar with Key parameters and control methods
- Familiar with the trial out process of new projects
- Able to compile and modify process procedure files
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with spraying line quality control and defect rework
- Good site management
- Ability to train others
