About the Position:
We are looking for a [Maintenance Engineer] to join the [Phygital Shop, AL&S / Manufacturing] team, reporting directly to the [Operation Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Changchun].
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Maintenance and repair of assembly equipment, injection molding equipment, and painting equipment.
- Maintenance and repair of external supply and auxiliary facilities such as water, electricity, and gas.
- Purchase of departmental spare parts and the management of budgets and applications.
- Management of on-site construction and outsourced maintenance.
- Be familiar with the TPM management process and its details.
- Troubleshooting for emergency lines break-down.
- Spare part management.
- Make and implement weekly, monthly , and yearly maintenance plan.
- Optimization & improvement to mass production lines.
- Support acceptance and improvement of new production lines to MFE engineers.
- Continuous training to technicians on maintenance skill improvement.
- Support process problem analysis, and software updates.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree with mechanical, electronics, or automation major is minimum requirement.
- More than 4 years maintenance experience on non-standard assembly equipment.
- Know LEAN concept very well.
- 2D and 3D software application very well.
- Know PLC (Siemens TIA) programming very well.
- Know machine drawing & circuit diagram very well.
- Have experience in the plastic molding industry
- Skills for working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Be familiar with the maintenance and upkeep of water, electricity, gas and auxiliary facilities.

- Good English abality in both Spoken and Written;
- Target-oriented
- Problem Solving.Have the ability to solve problems related to assembly, injection molding, painting, and facility equipment.
- Communication skill.Can effectively communicate with relevant departments and accurately identify the problem points.
- Quality tools.
- Master the top five quality tools and give priority to them.
- Hold electrician's license
Expectations from you in this position:
- Can independently handle simple repairs and be able to guide technicians in the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Proficient in using Office to create report documents.
- Can adapt to business trips
