About the Position:
We are looking for a [Process & Testing Engineer] to join the [Pre-production Department + AL&S/ Manufacturing] team, reporting directly to the [Pre-production Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Changchun].
Your Responsibilities will be:
- This position requires conducting appearance and functional inspections on lens equipped with electric heating wires/film/radar sensors, and demands a deep understanding of the processes and inspection equipment involved.
- For new project
1) Check the feasibility of the production for molding & Testing;
2) Follow the new project sample building;
3) Follow the pre-production internal package for new project;
4) Follow the trial out in molding & Testing;
5) Lead the process validation, PPAP (control plan, FMEA & WI) of new product;
6) Release testing process to meet mass production; tools, layout, work instruction etc. - For mass production
1) Control the scrap rate & labor loss;
2) Maintain the molding & Testing parameters;
3) Train the molding / Testing technicians;
4) Work in daily basis to make continue improvement based on MMS work method.
5) feasibility study for new product;
6) process validation.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Automotive lighting field;
- Minimum 6 years working experience as a injection process;
- College or above, preferred in injection process & testing relevant;
- Good leadership skills;
- Family knowing steel, tooling standard components, tool concept;
- Family knowing test mechanism;
- Family knowing electric sensor work and inspection;
- Family knowing Auto CAD, Catia, UG, Pro-E;
- Deep knowhow on injection machine & process;
- Good communication skill, a good team player
- Working hard style, be award to a lot of business trip..
