About the Position:
We are looking for a [Production Maintenance Specialist] to join the [Pre-production Shop + AL&S/ Manufacturing Engineering] team, reporting directly to the [Pre-production Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Changchun].
As the [Production Maintenance Specialist] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Repair machinery and facility
- Preventive and corrective maintenance for the machinery and facility
- Respond to any substance contingency in the area
- Recording activities in the log book for follow-up
- Complete continuous improvement plan of machine, fixtures, gripper and facility
- Reduce down-time attributed to machinery set-up and failure
- Provide support to the production areas
- Plan, coach technicians to maintain machine and equipment
- Comply with the training and certification programs
- Installation and commissioning new equipment, tooling and facility
- Move the machine or fixtures in the plant, gripper manufacture
- Monitor subordinates (technicians) to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury
What Qualifications you will bring:
- University degree, major in Engineering; Mechanical or related field
- Good English communication skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
- Good project management.
- Familiar with the mechanical principle, electrical and pneumatic control.
- Over 3 years engineering experience on machine & equipment management
- Strong understanding injection molding machine & metalizing machine maintenance will be given priority.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- WCM basic knowledge;
- Professional maintenance & Autonomous maintenance;
- Electrical & Mechanical knowledge;
