About the Position:
We are looking for a [AL Quality Customer Care Engineer] to join the [Quality Dept, AL&S] team, reporting directly to the [Quality Manager].
This position is based at our office in [CHANGCHUN].
As the [AL Quality Customer Care Engineer] at Marelli, you will be responsible for:
- Continuously improve quality during the new project phase
- Develop a quality control approach for the new project phase
- Maintain good communication and problem solving skills with customers
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Attend to the CR phases and give the input to the team about the activities
- Prepare costs analysis for new quality equipment need in new project in the offer phase.
- Participate in the project review meeting and coordinate the activities of QE team.
- Report to the Central DQ about the quality status of the project
- Work on continues improvement about RL an HL quality development.
- Implement continues improvement methodology in Customer protection and satisfaction.
- Leading the geometry improvement for headlamp and rear lamp. Analysis of dimensional measurement results for the achievement of dimensional stability. Get the approval from customer for gauge, correlation between gauge and customer cubing, lamp’s dimension status.
- Gauge concept release and detail discussion with customer together with gauge supplier. Make the release of the gauge.
- Collection of reports for PPAP documents in accordance with customer requirements.
- Work strongly with ALHQ in Shanghai and report about progress in the quality improvement.
- Coach the team of the new QE in central procedures implementation and methodology.
- Authority:Authorized by DQ central and local QM Manager to manage the improvement, firewall of new projects and measurement laboratory and to achieve the designated goals
What Qualifications you will bring:
- EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Engineering or technical graduate
- LANGUAGES: Good command of Oral & Written English
- EXPERIENCES:
At least 5 years working in quality assurance
With automotive lighting or automotive electrical working experience
