About the Position:
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join the Pre-production Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Pre-production Manager.
This position is based at our office in Changchun.
As the Senior Process Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible achieve Process optimization, the most efficient way to production qualified products.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Quote production line prices for new projects
• Detailed calculation of capacity, investment, labor, process, layout, line balance, etc., to apply for funds for new production lines
• Responsible for injection molding concept, implementation, pre-acceptance, installation, commissioning, verification, final acceptance, and process control, etc
• Debugging of injection molding process parameters
• Communicate and solve on-site product quality problems with corresponding departments
• Assessment of injection molding personnel management
• Material count and control on injection molding site
• Complete all documentation for equipment purchase, validation, and process
• Other tasks assigned by leader
• 5S management on injection molding site
What Qualifications you will bring:
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES:
• More than 4 years working experience in automotive manufacturing area.
• Familiar with injection molding process
• Familiar with material properties and properties
• Capable of programming and simple maintenance of robots
• Familiar with the influence of injection molding machines, molds and auxiliary machines on products
• Familiar with the mold trial process of new projects
• Able to compile and modify process procedure files;
• Good communication skills;
• Be familiar with spraying line quality control
• Good site management
• Ability to train others;
