About the Position:
We are looking for a HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team, reporting directly to the local HR Manager.
This position is based at our office in Changchun.
As the HR Specialist at Marelli, you will significantly impact the business by daily recruiting and training management and coordinate with central team, engage in project implementation.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Hiring Management
- Hiring/Internal Transfer Process Management
- Hiring Management such as CV management and interview Process
- HQ Hiring Related Report/HQ HC Report
- Definition and Management of Yearly Hiring Plan
- O-chart and Announcement
- Employee Probation Management
- HR System Management(Appian/SF)
- Hiring Chanel Develop and Management
- Hiring Cost Management
Training Management:
- Training Process Management: Training Manual, Training Policy, Yearly Training Plan and Training report
- Daily Training Management: Newcomer Orientation, Personnel Training File, Internal & External Training, On-line Training, Certificate
- Training Project: Such as Friday Class, Operation Academy, Culture Campus, Book Salon, Mentoring& Coaching, Leadership Training
- Training System Management
- Internal Trainer Development, Motivation, Process and Management
- Training Cost Management
What Qualifications you will bring:
- EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor and above degree. Major in Human resources, language, management is preferred
- LANGUAGES: Good command of Oral & Written English
- EXPERIENCES:
- At least 5 years work experience in HR related jobs, at least 2 years working experience in hiring and training or similar position.

- High willingness to make/drive decisions
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Dynamic and continuously looking for improvements
- High accountability (externally and internally)
- Have participated in the TTT course and have the trainer qualification certification
- Ability to deal with office software, such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc
Expectations from you in this position:
- Well knowing of human resources policy and process
- Good control of hiring and training cost
- Timely implement of hiring and training related work as plan and requirements
- Continuous development of hiring process, for widen hiring channel to provide appropriate candidates
- Continuous development of training process to meet the business development requirements
- Timely and accurately completion of hiring and training related report
