About the Position:
We are looking for a Maintenance Test referent to join the Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager
This position is based at Chatellerault
As the Maintenance Test referent at Marelli, you will carry out and validate technical actions and monitoring them throughout the equipment lifecycle, to ensure they are maintained in a condition where they can perform the required function.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and ensure achievement of retest objectives for the testers in the area.
- Ensure proper calibration compliance of the plant’s measuring equipment
- Adhere to the maintenance schedule.
- Ensure the correct stock level of parts needed for preventive maintenance and alert in case of discrepancies.
- Alert the Maintenance Test Leader in case of any deviations, particularly regarding the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Raise an alert if maintenance specifications are not respected.
- Guarantee regulatory compliance of equipment and adherence to the site's safety policies.
- Ensure external companies comply with the safety instructions defined in the prevention plan.
- Ensure compliance with the 5S principles (zoning, cleanliness, identification, organization).
- Raise an alert in case of unresolved breakdowns.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Industrial Computing
Minimum required experience:
- In the industrial and/or automotive sector: 3 years
- In a similar position: Minimum 3 years as a Maintenance Test Technician
