dépend de la
Business Unit Electronics,
spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de produits de navigation embarqués, de tableaux de bords, d'affi cheurs et de produits télématiques avec pour coeur de métier l’électronique. Nous recherchons un technogue dedie  (H/F) qui devra assurer  le Contrôle du Processus, l'implantation et le suivi  des moyens industriels, Il reportera directement au Responsable Manufacturing engineering.

Responsabilités:

  • Participer au Team d'industrialisation des nouveaux produits (AMDEC) et intervenir sur son périmètre
  • Créer, mettre à jour et valider les programmes des machines sur les process front end et middle end
  • Analyser les rebuts machines
  • Mettre à jour et suivre les dossiers machines et la documentation technique associée
  • Minimiser les temps de setup sur les lignes multi produits
  • Valider les moyens et les process sur préséries
  • Traiter les mutations produit (front end, middle end)
  • Implémenter les nouveaux procédés et leurs modifications 
  • Réaliser les capabilités des machines
  • Supporter la maintenance de niveau 3
  • Participer à la veille technologique
  • Capitaliser ses interventions sur les lignes et les programmes machines

Qualifications:

  • Certification à l’analyse des réparations (IPC A 610) " 
  • Lecteur 2D (Cognex / Keyence) 
  • Outils bureautiques Pack office (Word Excel, Access, PWP) 
  • Capabilités / SPC / MSA/VDA 5 

•       Outils Procédure OPL / SOP / SOS 

  • AMDEC moyen et ou process
  • Résolution de problèmes (Kaizen, 5W2H, 5Why…)
  • Suivi de plan d’actions 
  • Analyse statistiques (Minitab) 
  • Fabmaster

 

  • Programmation et analyse des machines CMS 
  • Programmation et analyse des machines de vision et contrôle

 (Cyberoptics.) 

  • DGS (Panasonic) 
  • Machine ERSA (soudage et dé-soudage de composant type BGA) 
  • Datapack
  • Anglais intermediaire
  • Bac2/3 Technique
