dépend de la
Business Unit Electronics,
spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de produits de navigation embarqués, de tableaux de bords, d'affi cheurs et de produits télématiques avec pour coeur de métier l’électronique. Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de production et commerciale   (H/F) qui devra assurer  le Contrôle de la gestion de production de son perimetre  et avoir des interactions avec les différents clients , Il reportera directement au leader gestionnaire de production et commerciale  .

Responsibilités:

  • Saisir les commandes fermes, créer les commandes ouvertes pour pouvoir intégrer les besoins EDI
  • Analyser la demande client, négocier en cas de variation inacceptable
  • Analyser les incidents clients Logistique
  • Valider et organiser les retours Clients
  • Coordonner la planification de la production
  • Etablir et suivre les demandes d’expéditions
  • Communiquer avec les clients le plan de recouvrement pour tout retard
  • Supporter le traitement des incidents client logistique
  • Organiser les transports exceptionnels sur ventes sur accord du manager (Truck plan à créer)
  • Organiser les expéditions impératives vers le Magasin/Dissay

Qualifications:

  • Gestion communication avec clients externes 
  • Séquencement des lignes à partir des plans de départ client en cohérence avec le PDP et les contraintes de production 
  • Faisabilité 
  • Gestion des flux logistiques 
  • SAP
  • Outils bureautiques Pack office (Word Excel, Access, PPT) 
  • Gestion inventaires
  • Résolution de problèmes (Kaizen, 5W2H, 5Why…)
  • RAD – Déclaration de production et état des stocks composants 
  • Logiciel de suivi et d’appel composants 
  • anglais fluent
  • BAC 2/3 Achats , Commerce
