dépend de la
Business Unit Electronics,
spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de produits de navigation embarqués, de tableaux de bords, d'afficheurs et de produits télématiques avec pour coeur de métier l’électronique. Nous recherchons un SQA   (H/F) qui devra assurer  le Contrôle du Processus et suivi des controles clients , Il reportera directement au Responsable SQA 

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer les réclamations / incidents qualité fournisseurs en phase vie série via le portail SQP
  • Recueillir les informations internes permettant l’analyse du problème
  • Gérer le suivi des problématiques fournisseurs (analyse, résolutions de problèmes, confinement, plan d’actions, audit immédiat suite réclamation client…)
  • Contrôler la validation des modifications des composants en vie série
  • Vérifier l’efficacité des actions correctives déterminées par le fournisseur
  • Appliquer la stratégie qualité fournisseurs
  • Réaliser des audits fournisseurs
  • Gérer les dérogations fournisseurs
  • Supporter les fournisseurs dans l’exécution des méthodes de résolutions de problèmes ainsi que l’utilisation du portail de gestion des réclamations
  • Valider les méthodes de résolutions de problèmes proposées par les fournisseurs
  • Collaborer et apporter les informations dans la refacturation des coûts non-qualité

Qualifications:

  • VDA 6.3 Certification auditeur fournisseur
  • VDA 6.3 Qualification auditeur process interne 
  • Connaissances norme ISO 19001 
  • Core tools (MSP/SPC–AMDEC/FMEA–APQP–MSA-PPAP) 
  • SQP
  • Résolution de problèmes (Kaizen, 5W2H, 5Why…)
  • Outils bureautiques Pack office (Word Excel, Axcess, PWP)
  • Exigences clients (CSR)
  • Maîtrise des techniques de négociation
  • Gestion relations client / fournisseur 
  • Connaissances norme IATF 
  • Plan de surveillance qualité 
  • Anglais fluent 
  • BAC +5 Qualité
