About the Position:

 

As an HR Specialist at Marelli (Thailand) Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services across the organization. This is a full-time role based in Chonburi Plant. You will be responsible for providing administrative and HR support to the organization, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives

• Support the implementation of performance management processes, talent development, and succession planning

• Partner with leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop change management plans

• Facilitate discussions and workshops to support the adoption of new processes and behaviors from global

• Assess the impact of organizational changes and provide recommendations for mitigating risks

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard

• Follow up global policy for the Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction

• Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR programs and processes

• Collaborate with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances • Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment

• Collaborate with all local leader to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures

 

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a corporate HR-generalist in multinational companies. Worked closely with HR to develop policies and strategies to improve working methods, cost reduction and increase employee performance and company profits.
  • Experience in HRM including recruitment & selection and employee relations and organization design.  
  • Good command in English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
