About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist to join the Electronic Systems, Quality Warranty team, reporting directly to the Quality PSA/RSA/GM Waranty Manager.
 

This position is a 12 months assignment based at our office in Cluj or can work remotely (Romania).
 

As the Customer Technical Support Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible to evaluate warranty failures by offering technical support to points of sale, justify analysis requests to the analyst, and escalate critical issues to the customer support representative.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage waranty files through the PAMIR customer database.
  • Systematically call the point of sale that issued the file.
  • Create a tracking file for all received files.
  • Create a file in the "My Swap" database as soon as an analysis is initiated.
  • Create a file in the "Jira" database for a software analysis.
  • Create and send a DHL shipping form when we wish to receive the part.
  • Create an analysis request to the analyst through the Quarta database.
  • Report back to Marelli Engineering the issues and opportunities for improvement resulting from interactions with the points of sale.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Basic knowledge of multimedia automotive products
  • Incoterms and customs duties
  • Office tools, Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Data management systems (DHL database, customer and internal database)
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
