About the Position:
We are looking for a Work Analysis/Manufacturing Planning Manager to join the Electronics Corbetta Plant- Production, Planning & Control Department team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta' Plant.
As the Work Analysis/Manufacturing Planning Manager at Marelli, you will coordinate ProductionPlanning & Control Team within Electronics Systems Corbetta Plant by ensuring the application of common worldwide standards related to blue collars manpower management, cycle time analysis and production performances measurement and improvement
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Plant support by the efficiency analysis and the productivity improvement planning;
- Maximize production output with the minimal resources (head count, materials, equipment);
- Production result capturing and required action defining;
- Cost competitiveness planning and realization;
- Visualization of productivity and clarification of loss by analysis;
- Calculation and optimization of required Manpower according to customer demand and equipment and line load according to customer demand;
- Lead production competitiveness KPI tracking and improvement activity and Equipment utilization survey;
- Manufacturing plant whole cost and head count budgeting and actual condition control;
- Mid-term manufacturing plant strategy and activity planning and execution;
- Proper level of expertise inside the plant on the Work Analysis topics by verifying the right understanding and application and ensuring alignment to the Central Manufacturing guidelines;
- Spread amongst the plant the common standards of the Work Analysis by verifying the right understanding and application and ensuring alignment to the Central Manufacturing guidelines;
- Internal benchmark among Electronics Plants by the exchange of the best experiences;
- Support Marelli Manufacturing System activities, enhancing MMS principle and tools and facilitate their deployment;
What Qualifications you will bring:

- Engineering Degree
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing shop floor/line management or similar role
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge and experience in time and motion study through MTM UAS system
- Deep knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing logics and tools
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge in Excel
