About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join the Assembly shop, Lighting/ Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Assembly Shop’s Manager.
This position is based at our office in Foshan.
As the Production supervisor at Marelli, you will be to support the assembly production shop production operation and people management.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensure production is according to work plan/PQAP
- Checks model to be produced or if there are any urgent lots to be completed
- Ensures of:
- Good parts in line
- Discipline of operators
- Housekeeping and safety
- Delivery attainment
- Effectiveness achievement
- Capacity and headcount planning base in forecast given by LOG
- Quality achievement and improvement
- Records: Output of end products
- Attendance
- Data on info boards
- Check production daily report and make backflash on system
- IN-process check
- Ensure all daily relevant production documents updated on time before production startup and periodical internal &process audit.
- Confirms and double check defective products with QAS
- Cross trains, retrains, trainsand guides operator in doing work
- Communicates with operators
- Ground quality meeting
- Problems that are within the framework of company policy
- Motivates and co–ordinates the operators
- Be initiative and study on ways to improve the quality issues.
- Scraps and cost management
- to control scrap and over time cost as per target set.
- double check all scrap daily with scrap form and put it on system
- Coordinates with inter-departmental activities
- Any other tasks that will be assigned by superior from time to time
- Prepare all reports on productivity tracing according to date deadlines given
- To be department safety management personnel and ensure implementation of work principle of who is in charge will be responsible for it
What Qualifications you will bring:
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): College above
LANGUAGES: Workable English read and written
