About the Position:
We are looking for a [Division Finance Controller] to join the [Interiors Finance] team, reporting directly to the [China Finance head].
This position is based at our office in [Guangzhou, China].
Your Responsibilities will be:
1.Ensure governance of :
• accounting functions
• credit control
• cash flow
• investment management
• tax planning
• treasury
• budgeting and forecasting
• business line industrial control
2.Contribute to the definition of the strategic plan and support decision-making of the top management in order to implement a financial strategy plan consistent with the organization and industry with business goals；
3.nsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements；
4.Provide an evaluation of the financial opportunity；
5.Manage relationships with public / financial institutions；
6.Present monthly rolling forecast package, budget, Forecast and 5 years plan with clear explanation of variance analysis against different period to IE China management team；
7.Present Risks/ Opportunities analysis of IE China based on the standard format and detail information from accounting and controlling to management team, follow up action plan and to be sure the continues improvement from time to time；
8.Provide financial management suggestion to decision-maker. Be concerned with strategy of IE China and control the business risks, be able to foresee the impact on the financial report in the future according to management decision；
9. Approve, compile and deliver monthly standard actual financial reports to Management team in IE China accurately and timely.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree or above(Accounting or Economy major)
- At least 8 years as industrial controller ( Controlling, Accounting, Treasury ) ,5 years leadership experience;
- Knowledge of the analytical accounting methods, Knowledge of accounting principles (IAS/US GAAP, etc.), Thorough knowledge of information technology (ERP, SAP, One stream etc.) ;
- Good communication skills
- Dynamism, flexibility and results orientation.
