About the Position:
We are looking for a [Financial Planning & Analysis] to join the [Interiors Finance] team, reporting directly to the [Division Finance Controller].
This position is based at our office in [Huadu district, Guangzhou, China].
As the [Financial Planning & Analysis] at Marelli, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for BU China.
Your Responsibilities will be:
n Lean and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare regional financial /performance reporting and analysis (such as weekly flash, monthly rolling forecast, annual/long-term budget) to regional management team and headquarter.
n Conduct in-depth data analysis to in analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
n Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
n Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices and alignment with business objectives.
n Other ad hoc tasks request by business.
What Qualifications you will bring:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
2、Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in FP&A function, MNC manufacturing background will be preferred.
3、Strong collaborative and communication skills, abilities to build up network with cross-functional as well as global partners.
4、Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
5、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex financial data
6、Proficiency in MS Windows applications, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7、OneStream, Power BI knowledge is definitely an advantage.
8、Fluent in Mandarin and English.
