About the Position:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Specialist （Overseas ）who will join Production Management Department + SCM team to manage Overseas Client Information Coordination, reporting directly to SCM; this position is based at our office in Huadu, Guangzhou.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Overseas Client Information Coordination、 Master Data Login、Order Management、Unreceived Goods Confirmation、Defective Product Handling
- QAD System User Maintenance
- Preparation of Export Ledger for Overseas Procured Goods、Export Booking、Logistics fee quotation、Original Price Quote、Export Document Preparation Confirmation
- Internal Data Preparation、Supplier INTESA System Maintenance、Supplier Information Integration
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Japanese fluent, additional language is preferred
- At least 8 years of working experience in SCM or similar role
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Having relevant experience in collaborating with oversea clients is preferred
