About the Position:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance ELS team, reporting directly to the Marelli China CFO.
This position is based at our office in Guangzhou.
As the Finance Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for Control the business transaction in line with laws, regulation, policy of China and company internal control procedures.
Based on ELS China business plan, leading the ELS China finance team to prepare the 5-years plan and annual budget. Work with local management team to drive the performance so as to meet the monthly financial KPIs. Prepare monthly financial result analysis, be responsible for all the actual accounting report delivery to local authorities and HQs accurately and timely, providing professional analysis, advising risks and opportunities to local management and HQs.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Based on ELS China business plan, leading the ELS China finance team to prepare the 5-years plan and annual budget
- Complete, develop and update Internal Control Policy according to business environment change. Supervise the follow up from each dept according to designed ICP and send IC Checklist to MM HQs when it’s requested.
- Provide financial management advice to decision-maker base on the target of which maximizes shareholder’s wealth in the long term. Be concerned with strategy of company and control the business risks, be able to foresee the impact on the financial report in the future according to management decision
- Check each milestone of project economic situation prepared by Project Analyst to be sure assumptions are correct, the approval of economic results in line with HQ’s authorization. Lead quotation team prepare the action plant and evaluate the feasibility of action plan, advice is necessary.
- Present monthly rolling forecast, RAG, budget, and 5 years plan with clear explanation of variance analysis against different period to local management team and HQs
What Qualifications you will bring:
- University degree major in Accounting or Economy; MBA is plus
- Minimum 5 years same position working experience with at least 8 team members, preferably in a Foreign Invested Manufacturing Company
- Understand well CAS and IFAS Principle, PRC tax laws and regulations
Skill with Hyperion system, as well as MS- power point using
Skill with ERP not only in finance function but also manufactory and distribution functions as well as MS-Office packages, and experience of Fourshift system
Good team player, strong leadership, excellent apprehensibility and logic sense to provide valuable suggestion and problem solve
