Your Responsibilities will be:
- Work with SW project team to achieve SW development targets
- Exchange SW development solution in SW team and report the SW Project leader for project development
- Write SW technical documents to keep SW development in tracking
- Software architecture design and optimize, leading system analyze and daily technical issues
- Following A-SPICE standard to achieve development
- Collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations for designers, engineers and managers across the company
- Participate to the offers, design and validation of the projects
- Supports the SW project leader in daily technical issues
- Responsible for the accuracy of the design/improvement work & its timely implementation into production
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree, major in electronic or with relevant background
- At least 5 years embedded SW development experience
- Be able to lead the SW architecture activities, SW modules breakdown and their interfaces definition, guide other colleague to break down SW requirements/write SW test case/Unit test and their traceability
- Be able to summary the common thing between projects to form standard platform feature
- Be able to analysis issues autonomously come up with solve solutions
- Be able to identify weakness of current SW and come up with optimization solutions
- Be able to identify the critical issue of OS crash, reboot to find out the root cause and summary the lesson learn to avoid reproduce
- Have strong skill in architecture design, middleware and framework development
- Have automotive working background is better
- Knowledge of A-SPICE or CMMI is plus
- Good knowledge on HW is better
- Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)
- Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory
- Good communications skills
