About the Position:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Specialist (Testing) to join the Testing team, reporting directly to the Testing & Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar Haryana.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Maintenance & Programming knowledge of SMTLINE (NXT, DEK, MPM, Vitronics Reflow, Kohyoung AOI & SPI)
- Develop LabVIEW test application for any customization requirement in different testing & process-based machines having different OS & operations.
- Hand on experience on NI, pickering, Lambda, Keithley & Vector hardware
- Working experience on DAQ, CAN, K line, LIN, Moxa hardware
- Maintain calibration and service records of all production equipment.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Perform debugging & validation in LabVIEW based machines.
- LabVIEW application development for minimizing the breakdown & quality losses.
- Test set up development for hardware debugging managed by LabVIEW application.
- Troubleshooting skills for solving the issues with machine & software
Experience in fool proofing concepts, datalogging, quality management,
- Experience in digital & analog signal processing using instruments & I/O cards.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and practices. Provide training to operators and production staff on proper equipment use and handling.
