About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engin. Specialist (Technologist) to join the Process team, reporting directly to the Process Manager.

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Managing the SMT equipment’s line balancing, cycle time optimization, Components droppage control, BOM updating, ECN Updating, Root cause analysis for major & minor problems, troubleshooting, Prevention Maintenance.
  • Responsible for implementing the Jigs and fixtures on lines and balancing the process for smooth manufacturing.
  • Responsible for customers audit i.e., maintenance, equipment’s parameters, check lists and machine related SOP's.
  • Responsible for SMT equipment’s spare part inventory, Replacement, and spare stock.
  • Responsible for arranging all SMT equipment’s spare parts quotation.         
  • Responsible for SMT equipment’s down time and production achievement.
  • Performing online analysis and prevent measures to sort-out the process defects related soldering, Components mounting and solderability within allowed time.
  • Supporting to deploy new products implementation (NPI) and perform SMT equipment’s readiness by carried out changeover.
  • Responsible for routine equipment maintenance tasks.
  •  Responsible for arranging required spare parts for respective equipment.
  • Responsible to achieve the OEE, MTTR, MTBF to analyze the equipment efficiency & performance.          

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Engineering Graduate

Other skills that we would welcome:

Core tools Knowledge(SPC/MSA/PPAP/FMEA/APQP) 
ISO9001/ ISO TS 16949 Knowledge 
SMT Machines, Robotic Soldering, Depanaling, Conformal Coating , electronic hardware debugging
