About the Position:
We are looking for a Manager Business Processes (Marelli Manufacturing Systems) to join the ELS Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar, Gurugram, India.
Your Responsibilities will be:
1.Good in-depth knowledge of Electronic Mfg like SMT,ICT,EOL etc.
2.Lead MMS activities with focus on GKD, Quality, SIOP, CO, PM to achieve plant tools
3.Knowledge of assembly lines with focus on continuous improvement activities ,lean
4.Achieve Savings in entire value stream target by leading projects in different domains, reducing operating cost and improving productivity and CM%.
5.Leading activities like suggestion schemes , Quality circles, leading suggestion scheme etc.
6.Hand on experience on NI, pickering, Lambda, Keithley & Vector hardware’s
What Qualifications you will bring:
Graduation in Electronics + MBA
