About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join the Production team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar India.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for Planning, leading, organizing and controlling of the production shifts.
- Responsible for address & resolve all the issues affecting the productivity and efficiency of the line with support departments (Testing, Maintenance, Logistics etc).
- Coordinates projects and activities with the Support groups to improve line efficiency, FTG & scrape reduction.
- Reviews and recommends revisions and improvements on existing inter-Department procedures
- Leads the manufacturing group in preparation for certification/Surveillance audits
- Motivates the production operators, conducts cross training to enhance team members' skills.
- To ensure that all machines and equipment are in good operational conditions and its accompanying log sheets are properly filled-up and counter check-autonomous maintenance.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- B.Tech (Electronics & Communication)

| Production Data analysis-Analyzes and adjusts workload to the appropriate level – in sync with production capabilities/business plans | |||
| Manufacturing Shop floor mgt-Knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals such as (kanban system, Inventory management,FIFO,Safety stock levels, BOM structure, etc) | |||
| Manufacturing operations-Develops/improves standard operating procedures(standardized work instruction, balancing cycle times, standardize WIP, 5S, visual controls) |
