About the Position:
We are looking for a Shift In-charge to join the Production / Electonics team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar, Gurugram.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Responsible for Planning, leading, organizing and controlling of the production shifts.
Responsible for address & resolve all the issues affecting the productivity and efficiency of the line with support departments (Testing, Maintenance, Logistics etc).
Coordinates projects and activities with the Support groups to improve line efficiency, FTG & scrape reduction.
Reviews and recommends revisions and improvements on existing inter-Department procedures
Leads the manufacturing group in preparation for certification/Surveillance audits
Motivates the production operators, conducts cross training to enhance team members' skills.
To ensure that all machines and equipment are in good operational conditions and its accompanying log sheets are properly filled-up and counter check-autonomous maintenance.
Creating teamwork among associates like Quality circles, leading suggestion scheme etc.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- B.Tech / BE in Electronics

Technical Skills:
Manufacturing -Ability to manage the production in shifts in all respects (Skill man power, material availibility, Functioning of machines & following right methods)
Production Data analysis-Analyzes and adjusts workload to the appropriate level – in sync with production capabilities/business plans
Manufacturing Shop floor mgt-Knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals such as (kanban system, Inventory management,FIFO,Safety stock levels, BOM structure, etc)
Manufacturing operations-Develops/improves standard operating procedures(standardized work instruction, balancing cycle times, standardize WIP, 5S, visual controls)
Knowledge about SAP
Awareness on IATF 16949 :2017
OHSAS /EMS System
Manufacturing performance (Monitoring & improvement in KPI)
Expectations from you in this position:
Achieve daily production plan.
Improvement in OEE.
Reduction of process scrap.
Enhance operator skill with required training & their involvment.
