About the Position:
We are looking for a Team Member to join the Utilities at Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Utility Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Working and handling of, LT/11 KV HT Panel, Metering ,Relay system ,Solar PV system DG Sets, Air Compressor, Air Drier , Air Conditioning (HVAC), AHU , Water system (Raw ,RO,DM,Soft), Fire pump room equipment, Fire system and ETP,
- Management of Nitrogen and distribution system
- Breakdown handling and preventive maintenance of Utility equipment
- Planning and follow-up of ongoing civil projects in all respect of MEP.
- Initiatives of Energy saving activities, reduction of compressed air leakage
- Improvement through Low cost automation, in-house repairing, modification etc.
- Manpower handling and team management
- Handling and operation of Firefighting equipment and machines
What Qualifications you will bring:
Full time Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Ensuring facility equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly
- Handling of breakdowns in equipment/machines including Building maintenance
- Monitoring of day-to-day Energy Consumption ,Water Consumption ,Nitrogen Consumption ,analysis and sharing the findings with management .
- Monitoring of day-to-day Equipment/Utility Checklists, Shift handovers and any pending activities
- Ordering and maintaining spares, consumables inventory through SAP
- Preparing and adhering to preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum reliability of equipment
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Providing technical training to site technicians, mechanics, and relevant technical staff
Expectations from you in this position:
- Having at least 8-12 years of experience in the field of Utility, Electrical, Mechanical Installation and Maintenance, Civil project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Flexible to work in shifts & any emergencies or organization priorities
- Good understanding of ISO 45001/14001/50001 /IATF 16949
- Knowledge of SAP and Auto CAD
