About the Position:
We are looking for a Senior Manager Program Management.
This position is based at our office in Manesar, India.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Program Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies that align with and advance Marelli’s long-term business goals. Lead complex program initiatives from inception to successful completion
- Leadership in Project Excellence: Provide expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality targets are met. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement among team members
- Advanced Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, addressing challenges, and fostering strong partnerships. Ensure customer expectations are exceeded in delivery and innovation
- Operational and Performance Oversight: Oversee the creation and tracking of key performance indicators for projects and programs, using data-driven insights to drive decisions, optimize resources, and enhance program outcomes
- Innovative Process Leadership: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge project management methodologies, tools, and practices to increase efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage within program management processes
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Minimal Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within the automotive or technology sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior management position overseeing complex, large-scale programs
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or similar certification is required. Agile or Scrum Master certifications are a plus
- Skills: Strong leadership and strategic vision; excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; proven ability to manage and motivate teams; deep understanding of project and program management principles and tools; adept in managing stakeholder relationships
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Talent Development and Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing program management team, identifying talent and providing opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of IT Program Management and BI tools (i.e. JIRA, Qlik)
- English Communication

- Successfully lead the delivery of major automotive programs that significantly contribute to Marelli’s strategic growth and innovation objectives
- Establish and refine a program management center of excellence, demonstrating best practices in leadership, efficiency, and process improvement
- Cultivate a robust team of program managers and leaders recognized for their project delivery success, innovative thinking, and professional development
- Build enduring stakeholder relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing Marelli’s status as a preferred partner in the automotive industry
