About the Position:

We are looking for a Sales Senior Specialist to join the Commercial & Marketing ELS team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 1. Responsible for all commercial function including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for  assigned Customers or region  & new customers. To support in company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth by developing short & long term marketing plans.                             
2. Formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines and short-term strategies to achievethe goals and targets for the assigned BU/area      
3. To develop & drive the pricing strategy of the company. Develop and implement company's sales & BD strategy across defined customers.                             
4. Execute benchmark, analyse results and monitor the main KPIs                            
5. To penetrate deep into the customer organization through sustainable relationships. Coordinate project resources ensuring the achievement of goals (budget, time, results, etc..)                            
6. Define sales plans and budgets, and the cost of distribution, for new products/services sharing the actions required to achieve these with the markets                            
7. Responsible for availability and management of products used for training, customers and press proves                            
8. Collect, process and distribute the data related to competitor's market shares and the expected and actual demand patterns                        9. Interpret and define customer requirements, examine opportunities to acquire new market areas, recommending appropriate actions aimed at providing specialised products to meet market/customer requirements.  Define communication and image strategy. Prepare Technology day or product introduction campaign strategies.                            
10.Will be responsible to lead the RFQ /RFI generatiuon and response , expected to value add in the Business initiative to make it more competitive and at the same time more profitable.                            
11.Pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.                            
12. will be responsible for the on line Data related to Sales & Marketing of his assigned Area /Customers                             
13.Conduct market analysis and strategic planning for new business & Avenues.                            
14. Coordinating with JV partners and Collaborators for Technical inputs and Support for TR                            
15. LTP & MTP Strategies for top Line improvement                            
16. Generating RFI, RFQ arranging technical reviews, Costing, negotiations and ensuring SOP.                            
17. RM and consumable price monitoring and escalating with customers and settling for correction.                                           

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor of Engineering & MBA Sales & Marketing

Relevant Exp of 7 to 10 Years 

Other skills that we would welcome:

Good knowledge of OEM Sales & Marketing.                            
Core tools Knowledge(SPC/MSA/CRM/Power BI)                    
Market Research & Analytics            
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) - SAP, Oracle            
Lean Six Sigma/ Product Costing/CM            
"Knowledge of Sales Force "
