About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Team Member  to join the Sales & Marketing Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing the data for market share on the products supplied by MPIL to customer. Watching competitor movement at customer end.
  • Monthly MIS reports
  • Payment tracking & ensuring 100% payment recovery for the invoices & resolving if any blocking issues holding payments at customer end.
  • Business plan/Sales Forecast for internal communication & also to ensure data updation on Central database on regular intervals.
  • To maintain price history sheets, LTA's & price working along with PO's filing & distribution to relevant team members.
  • Forcasting customer demands & analyzing them with Budget for achieving of numbers based on short & long term business plan. Marketing analysis, Market & competitor information collection on regualar basis. 
  • FX & Commodity Price settlement Quarterly with the customers
  • SAP Activities- Customer creation/update, Price update, material master update, taxation update etc. 
  • RFQ Accessing from customer portal, releasing internally & follow with relevant team members for simulating the pricing, ensuring meeting customer deadlines for offer submission
  • Quote offer preparation for timely submission to customer against the RFQ release and for Trial parts, ECN's etc.
  • Negotiations to finalize the prices for FX, commodity, trail and proto parts with customers including the commercial offer submission (post internal CFT approvals)
  • Developing & maintaining personal relationship with customer for getting amendments timely & to get meaningful information from customer.
  • Handling Customer Complaints & maintaining data on time & Qty defaults, rejection & vendor ratings etc

What Qualifications you will bring:

B.tech or BBA/ MBA in Marketing

Other skills that we would welcome:

  • Good communication skills and organizational ability & Fluent English.

  • Team Player

 

Expectations from you in this position:

5-7years of experience in the same domain

To develop & maintain relationship with customer supply chain, Purchasing, engineering & QA team for day to day functions.
