About the Position:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Head.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for all commercial function including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for assigned Customers or region & new customers. To support in company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth by developing short & long term marketing plans.
- To develop & drive the pricing strategy of the company. Develop and implement company's sales & BD strategy across defined customers.
- Execute benchmark, analyse results and monitor the main KPIs
- To penetrate deep into the customer organization through sustainable relationships. Coordinate with project resources ensuring the achievement of goals (budget, time, results, etc..)
- Define sales plans and budget and sharing the actions required to achieve these targets
- Collect, process and distribute the data related to competitor's market shares and the expected and actual demand patterns
- Interpret and define customer requirements, examine opportunities to acquire new market areas, recommending appropriate actions aimed at providing specialised products to meet market/customer requirements. Define communication and image strategy. Prepare Technology day or product introduction campaign strategies.
- Will be responsible to lead the RFQ /RFI generatiuon and response , expected to value add in the Business initiative to make it more competitive and at the same time more profitable.
- Pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales in line with company policy
- Will be responsible for the on line Data related to Sales & Marketing of his assigned Area /Customers
What Qualifications you will bring:
B.Tech - Mechanical or Electronics
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Knowledge of SD Module in SAP
- Knowledge of Sales Force
- Good knowledge of OEM Sales & Marketing will be critical to this function

Will coordinate his activities with PM , Quality and Manufacturing .
Will be sigle window with customer with regard to the First contact
