About the Position:
We are looking for a Site_HR Manager to join the People & Rewards team at Electronics, reporting directly to the Director_HR.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
1. Collaborating with corporate / site HR teams and other departments to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and best practices.
2. Driving employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, and fostering open communication.
3. Manpower Planning & Budgeting
4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
5. Talent Acquisition & Management
6. Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
7. Performance Management Systems
8. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.
9. Managing HRIS systems, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
10. Effective Adminstrations w.r.t. faclity's requirements
11. Managing Industrial relations with Works Committee, SA 8000 & other HR related certification requirements.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Post Graduate (Preferably HRM)
Other skills that we would welcome:
Knowledge of Training needs Identification
Knowledge of HR topics i.e. Recrtuiting, Compensation & Negotiation etc.
Knowledge of Industries Laws & Regulations
Knowledge of OHSAS/EMS/SA8000
Knowledge of IATF
Expectations from you in this position:
12-15 years of experience
Aligning HR Strategies with plant objectives
Managing the site related HR & Adminstrative topics
