Your Responsibilities will be:
A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Marelli plays a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with the strategic goals of the business units they support. The HRBP works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide insights on workforce planning and talent management in alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as an advisor to management on employee-related issues.
- Mediate conflicts and resolve employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Drive the performance evaluation process to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is typically required.
- Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is often preferred.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in an HR role, with a focus on consulting and partnership.
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues and executing HR initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build credible relationships across all organizational levels.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Attributes:
