We are looking for a Safety Specialist to join the EHS team, reporting directly to the EHS Senior Specialist.
This position is based at our office in Hortolândia.
As the Safety Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and providing technical support to the areas.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Conduct audits and investigations, monitoring and evaluation in the area in order to identify variables for disease and accident control;
- Analyze and recommend measures that reduce/eliminate the risks of workplace accidents for employees and third parties;
- Provide training, conduct meetings, committees, and working groups that involve decisions in the area of safety.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Machinery and Equipment Protection (NR12);
- Emergency Management and Fire Brigade;
- Occupational Hygiene;
- Social Security Professional Profile (PPP);
- Working at Height (NR35) and Confined Spaces (NR33);
- Risk Analysis;
- ISO 45001 management system audits.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industry.
