About the Position:
We are looking for a Key Account Sr to join the Sales and Marketing team.
This position is based at our office in Hortolândia/SP.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop new clients and identify opportunities with current clients.
- Manage and coordinate technical-commercial activities effectively.
- Maintain close contact with clients, both in person and virtually, to ensure strong relationships.
- Conduct strategic commercial negotiations.
- Proactively prospect for new business and growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and meeting minutes to document and communicate important information.
- Deliver institutional presentations to clients and visitors, highlighting our values and capabilities.
- Represent the commercial team in multifunctional groups for the development of new projects or modifications to existing products.
- Prepare commercial proposals and analyses for price adjustments.
- Monitor the product lifecycle and profitability with clients, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Track billing and volume forecasts, ensuring budget compliance.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic understanding of financial principles impacting the commercial area.
- Proven experience in a similar role within Tier 1 automotive industries.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a desirable asset.
- Availability for national and international travel, adapting to different time zones and cultures.
- Previous experience with clients in the U.S. market is highly valued.
- Personal traits such as flexibility, dynamism, and strong results orientation will be considered major advantages.
