EHS Supervisor

 

We are looking for a [EHS Supervisor]  to join the [PS] team, reporting directly to the [MPH Plant Manager].

This position is based at our office in [Hefei].
 

As the [EHS Supervisor] at Marelli, you will be support the entire plant organization to ensure the legal compliance to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from Marelli and the national laws and regulations via setup management systems to train, guide, monitor and manage relevant aspects in plant operation.Support the entire plant organization to ensure the legal compliance to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from Marelli and the national laws and regulations via setup management systems to train, guide, monitor and manage relevant aspects in plant operation.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  1. Safety:
    1. Responsible to build up the system of safety standardization, monitor the implementation and continuous improvement in the plant.
    2. Responsible to identify the safety risk source and make the risk evaluation, take the measures to prevent the risk, and make the follow-up.
    3. Ensure the proper running and management of the firefighting system.
  2. Environment
    1. Responsible for the proper waste management to ensure the compliance.
    2. Responsible to identify the hazard source and make the risk evaluation, take the measures to prevent the risk, and make the follow-up.
    3. Chemical management
  3. Occupational Health
    1. Identify the risk source for the Occupational Health, ensure the regular medical check with full support from HR department.
  4. Work timely on other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.

 

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • College or University diploma.
  • Over 5 years related experience.
  • Familiar with National and International Codes & Standards.
  • Familiar with ISO14001 ISO45001, or ISO18000.
  • Good command of English in both spoken and written.
