About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative  to join the Supply Chain and Logistics AL&S team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Cd. Juarez, Mex; Plant 1.
 

As the Customer Service Representative at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure the correct reception of customer requirements through EDI or the customer portal.
  • Ensure that customer requirements that are not automatically integrated (IDOCs) are processed the same day the transmission is received from the customer so that the demand is correctly integrated into SAP.
  • Conduct a weekly review of the customer's new forecast (FCST) and communicate customer requirements for a minimum of the next 12 weeks; highlight any significant variations compared to the previous week to accurately determine the necessary resources for each week.
  • Perform daily reviews of ticket portals and ensure tickets and float alerts are addressed to meet the specific requirements of the customer and avoid penalties on the scorecard.
  • Ensure that the reset of accumulations done by the customer is properly integrated into SAP.
  • Communicate to the customer any commitment date of a delivery outside the lead time and/or based on an increment.
  • Manage all customer shipments to ensure deliveries are met along with all necessary documents, validating the correct dispatch of each shipment's ASN.
  • Reject any customer requirement that is outside the flexibility percentage and/or lead time while analyzing the feasibility of the increase.
  • Knowledge and compliance with Customer-Specific Requirements.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Degree in Administration, International Commerce, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • 90% proficiency in English
  • 5 years of experience (preferably in the Automotive industry)
  • 10 years in a similar position.

Other skills that we would welcome:

 

  • Monitor the reliability of finished goods inventory at 100% through the execution of cycle counts.
  • Ensure the correct management of customer-owned packaging.
  • Maintain control and procedures with external warehouses regarding finished goods.
  • Avoid extraordinary freight due to the lack of any material.
  • Eliminate rework in the sales and invoicing process.

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and addressing their needs effectively and promptly.

  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in responding to inquiries and delivering information clearly and professionally.

  • Problem Solving: Handle customer issues or complaints efficiently, aiming to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction and in alignment with company policies.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Marelli’s products and services to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively.

  • Order Management: Accurately process orders, ensuring that customer requirements are met while adhering to operational protocols.
